What is Wellness
Wellness is defined by Webster as "the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal". It is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical, mental, emotional, etc. health outcomes; so that instead of just surviving, we are thriving. Yoga is a way of living life at its highest potential so that we can unite with the entire existence of creation. So essentially, yoga is wellness.

Yoga Types
I remember 9 years ago when I first got into yoga. I went to Youtube and start doing yoga from home and for free because I had no money for classes.
