Service Description

Despite our best efforts, most of our anxiety is off the charts this year. With Covid-19 spikes, lost of jobs due to this quarantine, and the political election 2020 has been a year for us all. To help with that, we are offering a free/donation-based yoga class, every 3rd Thursday at noon to help ease stress and calm the mind.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Class cancellations can be made via the website at www.ladivictoriastudio.com. Class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee. No refund of deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Students on paid membership who book into a class and fail to attend will be charged a $15 no show fee. Students on paid memberships who book into a class but cancel the booking within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media. Studio terms and conditions While we endeavor to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Ladi Victoria Studio is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. Teachers are subject to change without notice. Bookings are to be made via our website or in the studio. To book into a class you must pay (a portion) at the time of booking. You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises. Ladi Victoria Studio is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio or being taught by our teachers. Ladi Victoria Studio reserves the right to refuse access or entry to any person to it’s premises or to participate in any of its classes for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, misconduct or intoxication or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these Term and Conditions. No Party shall be liable or responsible to the other Party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for previously owed payments) when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted Party's reasonable control, including, these force majeure events: flood, fire, earthquakes, rain/snow (if location is outside),epidemic, pandemic, etc. By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
