Because some herbs are fresh and picked, no returns are allowed nor exchanges.

Also understand that herbal supplements are not a quick fix method to aiding in your health and wellness. Most people start to see improvement within the first 6 weeks of their program. But for best results you will need to be consistent and discipline for 3 months.

This product is for external use only and can not be used internally. Please follow all guidelines. This statement  has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Test a small area of your skin 24 hours prior to regular use to make sure your skin does not react negatively to this product.

Product Care: Store this product away from heat and light. Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life: This product is to be used within 6 months to a year of purchase to perserve potency. 

Shipments: Our oils are made through solar infusion which can extend the production time. It may take up to 2-4 weeks for your item to ship out.

At Ladi Victoria Studio your health and wellness is priority. Since we use locally grown herbs, fruits, and vegetables in our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our herbal teas, oils, and salts, nor any food and juice products. These items are not suitable for return due to health, hygiene, or spoilage reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with these items won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective merchandise items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. 

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

No Refunds are Guaranteed. Ladi Victoria Studio reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Lost - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Damaged - If your package was damaged by the Postal Service we will try our best to come to a mutual resolution. If any of your boxes arrive damaged, you must take pictures of the box and the products and send it to ladivictoriastudio@gmail.com the same day you receive your box. Ideally, we will reimburse or partially reimburse the order for store credit or issue a partial refund.

Returned by Customer -  We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
