Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT200 + Prenatal/Postnatal Certified) | Herbalist

Ashley Victoria believes, to live an optimal life you need to have knowledge and care for the body, the breath, and the fuel. From this belief, she grew passionate about yoga, meditation, and herbs. She is our go-to person for all your personalized wellness needs. Ashley is trained in many styles of yoga and meditation and is an always studying herbalist. She also provides support for those who would like to increase plant-based foods, decrease diary and meat consumption, and eliminate processed foods from your diet choices. Ashley also provides tips and tricks on gardening as she learns them.

Whether you’re looking for an intense workout or want to learn a new dance move, Darnell is our go-to person for developing personalized exercise and choreography programs. Prior to the pandemic of 2020, Darnell taught a variety of classes for children and adults, ranging from all levels of experience. Darnell wants to help you find comfortability in your fitness process and achieve your goals. All of his classes are intended to be fun but he will push you to your limits. Expect to sweat and to feel accomplished at the end of your session.
