Our mid-day Power Yoga session will warmly firm the body and aid in increasing your focus to get through the rest of your day, productively. A vigorous, fitness-based approach to primary ashtanga vinyasa-style yoga that enhances stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus. Like all physical activities, it also relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat. Because it is rigorous, it burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and therefore can help with weight loss.
Cancellation policy Class cancellations can be made via the website at www.ladivictoriastudio.com Class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee. No refund of 30% deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Students on paid membership who book into a class and fail to attend will be charged a $15 no show fee. Students on paid memberships who book into a class but cancel the booking within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media.
