Come learn different types of breathing techniques, movements, body scans, and/or visualization techniques. There are many benefits of meditation such as reducing stress and anxiety levels, reduce physical pain, boost immune system, focus the mind, increase concentration by increasing blood flow to the brain.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Class cancellations can be made via the website at Class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee. No refund of 30% deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Students on paid membership who book into a class and fail to attend will be charged a $15 no show fee. Students on paid memberships who book into a class but cancel the booking within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media.
