Service Description
High-intensity interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. It takes your cardio workout to another level, as you push your pace out of your comfort zone. This high intensity workout really gets the feel-good endorphins flowing. You need great motivation and physical stamina to push yourself to the limit. If you are new you should start slowly by doing a few intervals for a shorter period of time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy Class cancellations can be made via the website at www.ladivictoriastudio.com Class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee. No refund of 30% deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Students on paid membership who book into a class and fail to attend will be charged a $15 no show fee. Students on paid memberships who book into a class but cancel the booking within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media.
